Thank you for collecting original artwork by Rachel Grant. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted work of art created with care. I want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review the policy below.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your original painting or giclee print, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be in its original condition with no damage or alterations.

• The painting must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the artwork is fully insured during transit.

Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any original shipping charges.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

• The artwork

• The packaging

• Any visible damage

I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Commissioned artwork

• Personalized or custom pieces
